Our earth suffers from the collapse of the living world and the deterioration of ecosystems. The effects differ locally. We can observe severe and different hyperlocal consequences of the environmental crisis. Eco-anxiety is increasing tremendously – people feel powerless watching the increase in environmental issues locally and globally.
The effects of this environmental crisis are impacting billions of people worldwide, however with specific hyperlocal consequences (e. g. some regions might suffer from flooding, others from drought). Our research has shown that nearly 80% of those who care for the environment want to do more to decrease environmental issues while 20% do not think that small actions can cause any positive impact. Obstacles experienced by respondents to engage themselves more are particularly the lack of willingness to act alone, of time and of knowledge as to which action to take.
There is a great potential to mitigate hyperlocal consequences of the environmental crisis and to prevent further deterioration through individual actions and leveraging them into a global movement. However, this has to be done in an organized, technologically supported easy and fun way to empower people to do more for the environment.

• Secure bounty transaction (DeFi) and verification processes on the blockchain
• Incentive mechanisms & financial nudges to motivate users to complete or donate for environmental quests (local or general cause-related)
We plan to start with a few countries to build a community and partners. However, anyone in any country can use our platform. So, optimistically speaking, it could reach millions of people.
